Pillar II of the ERC-STG-ICARUS
Pillar II of the ERC-STG-ICARUS aimed at paving the way to a common use of curved and deformable detectors for cost-effective imaging systems, through prototyping and recommendation for mass production. The next steps towards commercialisation and industrialisation are proposed in this PoC project to : improve repeatability, prepare industrialisation, realise market studies and outline a business plan. We create the start-up CURVE-ONE for the valorisation towards scientific instrumentation and amateur astronomy.
